  3. 1. General Provisions

    • These Terms & Conditions override any terms provided by the client, even if presented after this document.

    • Any changes or exceptions must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.

    5. 2. Quotations & Orders

    • All prices on this website are for reference only and intended to provide a quick quotation or price list.

    • Orders placed directly on this site are not considered confirmed unless you contact us via WhatsApp at +6012-791 2306 to verify event details and availability.

    • Chrome Event Empire is not responsible for missed bookings, unconfirmed dates, or errors if orders are not verified via WhatsApp.

    6. 3. Booking & Payment Policy

    Payment Details:

    • All payments must be made payable to CHROME EVENT EMPIRE

    • Bank: MAYBANK

    • Account Number: 551061380141

    7. Booking Timeline & Payment Terms:

    1. Booking made 1 month before event – 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. Remaining 50% is due at least 3 days before setup.

    2. Booking made 2 weeks before event – 70% payment is required upon confirmation. Remaining 30% is due 1 day before setup.

    3. Booking made less than 1 week before event – 100% full payment is required upon confirmation. A late booking fee may apply depending on logistics.

    8. Additional Terms:

    1. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

    2. Chrome Event Empire reserves the right to withhold setup and services if there is any outstanding balance.

    3. For events lasting 4 hours or more, clients must provide meals for on-duty crew.

    4. Clients are responsible for securing all permits and licenses (e.g., venue utility fees, music copyright).

    5. Chrome Event Empire is not responsible for service disruption due to missing permits.

    6. Any loss or damage to equipment caused by negligence or missing permits is the client’s responsibility.

    7. Power Requirements: Minimum 1-phase for basic setups, 3-phase 32A for advanced systems.

    8. For outdoor events, clients must provide rain/sun protection and equipment security.

    9. 4. Payment Terms

    • Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or invoice, bookings require full payment according to the above booking policy.

    • Late payments may incur a 10% interest charge on the outstanding balance.

    • Overdue accounts exceeding 60 days may be referred to a debt recovery agency, with all recovery and legal costs charged to the client.

    10. 5. Withholding Taxes

    • If a client’s country imposes withholding tax, it must be paid directly to the local tax authorities.

    • Invoices must be settled in full and are exclusive of any local withholding tax or related fees.

    11. 6. Service Delivery & Limitations

    • Chrome Event Empire will make every effort to deliver services on time and as agreed. However, timelines are best-effort estimates and not guaranteed.

    • Chrome Event Empire is not liable for any consequential damages, loss of income, or third-party claims arising from services provided.

    12. 7. Claims & Complaints

    • Any claim must be submitted in writing via recorded delivery to our registered office within 8 days of service completion.

    • Claims received after this period will not be accepted.

  13. All agreements are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
